I once had the experience of visiting a beer brewery. When I was allowed to drink the malt mixture before it became beer, I was able to experience first-hand the natural phenomenon of “sugar turning into alcohol.” When I drank the sweet and bitter mixture, I felt I was “landing” inside and was amazed. I wanted to express this amazement as art.
