When summer approaches, a loquat tree in a garden in my neighborhood bears fruit. Although I forget the tree is there until the fruit colors, I am surprised every time I see it fully laden. Often I see crows eating the loquats, but are loquats a favorite food of crows? If you could see it, the bountiful fruit disappears in no time. When I see it, it makes me want to eat some delicious seasonal confectionary.
